- The tour includes walking and hiking through hilly and mountainous terrain. Participants should be in good health and able to handle moderate physical activity
- Wear comfortable, breathable clothing suitable for hiking and outdoor activities
- The terrain in Sapa can be steep and uneven. It may not be suitable for people with mobility impairments.
- Sapa can experience rain, so bring an umbrella or raincoat. Waterproof clothing for hiking is also advisable.
